Ramaa Vasudevan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Colorado State University. Before her tenure in the United States, she held a visiting position at Barnard College, Columbia University, and taught for several years at PGDAV College at Delhi University in India. Her work has encompassed a broad range of issues related to the political economy of money and finance. Initially focused on labour markets in colonial agrarian economies, she has since become a key voice in examining international financial institutions, capital flows, and emerging markets like China and India.
